Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
